What You'll Do
- Develop and execute TikTok content strategies for client brands, aligning with their commercial objectives.
- Monitor TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity to keep strategies ahead of the curve.
- Plan and manage content calendars across multiple brand accounts and creator partnerships.
- Analyse campaign performance data and produce weekly insight reports with clear recommendations.
- Brief and coordinate with short-video production teams and live streaming operations.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in social media strategy or digital marketing, with deep TikTok platform expertise.
- Proven track record of growing brand presence on TikTok (case studies or portfolio required).
- Strong analytical skills — proficient with TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, and data visualisation tools.
- Creative thinker who can translate brand objectives into engaging, platform-native content concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with TikTok Shop or live commerce campaigns.
- Understanding of TikTok Ads Manager and paid promotion strategies.
- Background in e-commerce, DTC brands, or performance marketing.
- Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
