About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join one of Europe's fastest-growing TikTok commerce companies at a pivotal moment. As part of the TGen team, you'll work directly with creators, brands, and technology to shape the future of live commerce across the UK, Spain, and Germany.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of TikTok creators, ensuring they have the resources, guidance, and support to succeed.
  • Onboard new creators into the TGen ecosystem — from contract signing to first live stream.
  • Track creator performance metrics (GMV, engagement, follower growth) and provide actionable coaching.
  • Coordinate between creators and brand partners to ensure campaign briefs are delivered on time and to standard.
  • Identify high-potential emerging creators and recruit them into the TGen program.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in account management, talent management, or influencer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok's creator ecosystem and live commerce mechanics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills — ability to build genuine relationships with diverse creator personalities.
  • Data-literate: comfortable analysing performance dashboards and translating insights into action.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working at a talent agency, MCN, or creator platform.
  • Personal TikTok content creation experience.
  • Network of existing creator contacts in the UK or Europe.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing or performance-based partnerships.
