You'll be embedded in a collaborative, fast-moving team that values ownership, creativity, and genuine impact. No bureaucracy — just meaningful work that reaches millions of people.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, prospect, and close new brand partnership deals for TGen's live commerce and creator services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers at DTC brands, retailers, and agencies.
  • Develop compelling proposals and pitch decks showcasing TGen's capabilities and case study results.
  • Collaborate with operations and creator teams to scope custom partnership packages.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships — ideally in digital media, e-commerce, or influencer marketing.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets (£500K+ annual quota preferred).
  • Strong network in UK e-commerce, DTC brands, or retail sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently across markets.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling live commerce, creator marketing, or TikTok-specific services.
  • Existing relationships with brands in fashion, beauty, or FMCG categories.
  • Multilingual (Spanish, German, or Mandarin).
  • Experience working across European markets.
